Firm Up Your Chin With Double Chin Exercises

A double chin happens due to accumulation of fat in the neck and facial region. Some Exercises For Your Neck

1. Stand straight or sit comfortably. Bend your head down and slowly start rotating your head in a circular motion from the right, until you get back to the looking-down position again. Do it in the reverse direction as well. You can do the exercise 5 times for each side.

2. Stand or sit comfortably in a chair and slowly arch your head back. With every outgoing breath tilt your head a little more backwards. Do it only while you feel comfortable and then slowly bring your head back to the front. Repeat for a few repetitions.

3. Stand or sit comfortably while facing forward. Gently move your head to the right and crane your neck forward without moving your shoulders. You will feel your neck muscles tighten. Slowly relax the posture and do the same on the left side. Repeat the exercise a few times.

4. Press your forehead gently with your palms. Let your neck muscles and head resist it. Stay in the posture for a few seconds and relax. You can do the same exercise by placing the palms at the back of your head and on the sides cupping your ears.

5. One of the most effective double chin exercises is to stand or sit comfortably and gradually open your mouth as wide as you can. You can stick out your tongue as well. Stay in the position for a few seconds and then repeat.

6. Lie down on your belly. Keep your head on a pillow and gradually tilt your head back. This stretches your neck and is a good exercise for your double chin.
